Life got a whole lot better once I figured that one out. :)Renaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00727402716698265055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2777777834441248581.post-13332186184829215452013-06-20T05:26:01.091-07:002013-06-20T05:26:01.091-07:00I came upon this post by googling, because that...I came upon this post by googling, because that's my favorite recipe for sauce, too. Thought you might want to know that in the last pic, you're holding the jar-grabber upside down (I did it myself for a long time, too!) The round part that you're holding actually fits quite nicely around the jars themselves :-)Lanettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02678145568554470054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2777777834441248581.post-89329012584016015032010-09-21T11:10:37.259-07:002010-09-21T11:10:37.259-07:00i want in next time!!!i want in next time!!!Elliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06459202208424540515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2777777834441248581.post-16138272879202793092010-09-21T06:11:51.896-07:002010-09-21T06:11:51.896-07:00Banshee-

Soup would most likely need to be pressure sealed to kill all of the potential bacteria. The longer time in this case is just because of the jar size.Renaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00727402716698265055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2777777834441248581.post-90491356881533966262010-09-20T22:21:56.934-07:002010-09-20T22:21:56.934-07:00So you boiled them for 30 minutes? My mom and I are kind of arguing right now because I read on the Kerr website that the only way you can can soup is with a pressure cooker (I realize that your sauce is probably a lot more acidic than my soup.) But she feels like if we boiled it for awhile that it would be the same.

I don't trust her.Baileyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03786018770585178466noreply@blogger.com
