Summer Love

U-pick flowers, mint, and lavender in Sequim, WA.


Farmers market green tomatoes, hand picked mint, blue cheese. 
It all went into a green tomato pie!

Love the flower bouquet. Did you arrange it yourself? I haven't had green tomatoes for sometime. I prefer the red ones; they're much sweeter.

Thank you, and yes I did! I broke it down into two bouquets at home and we really enjoyed them. I saved one of my green tomatoes and let it turn red and it was SO wonderful and made a great salsa.

I've never heard of tomato pie. Sounds great. I love tomatoes.
