I need a new bottom bracket and a new threaded headset. Recommend!

I am SO TIRED right now. Brutally. Despite sleeping on a $2,000 mattress on Saturday night (and going to bed at 10:30 wtf?) I somehow managed to be completely worn out by the time I got home last night. Vancouvie was good. I halfway fell in love with Granville Island but we didn't get to spend much time, and it was pouring on our heads, so that's how that goes I guess.
I am in dire need of two major life changes at the moment. When you get to this point- you just know. And it sucks a little, but it's time. I am sending you telepathic explanations right now, 'cause I can't write what I'm thinking. SECRETS!

- Shimano bottom brackets can be had for about 20 bucks on benscycle.net and they are supposed to be very serviceable. I don't run one though so I cant tell you from experience.
- I love my Chris King! It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up. On the other hand if you're looking to spend a little less I've heard Cane Creek makes a good headset.
